Appears the ?utm_source=designernews on the URL is returning an Access Denied.

How accurate is that? I'm getting 20mbps but on speedtest.net I get 50mbps

  this is because many ISPs 1) throttle Netflix and 2) optimize for sites like speedtest.net, which is exactly why Netflix released this tool.

      fast.com is serving content from Netflix, so the ISP would essentially be "optimizing" for Netflix as well. More commentary on HN: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11722775
