Damn, it looks good. Combined charts? That new logo is dope too. I'm interested in ditching D3 for Chart for my dashboards.
I'd be interested in hearing how this compares to D3 as well, since that's what our dashboard uses too.
I have also been using D3 for charts... the simplicity of this seems pretty compelling.
Looks very nice and straightforward, but I would argue this is not for "designers" considering the majority of designers I know do not know JS and wouldn't necessarily want to learn this approach when a GUI of options would be more appropriate for them.
That being said, for the designers that DO know JS and don't want to deal with the complexities of D3 this is awesome.
I know a lot of designers who work with a lot of data that would love a well made GUI that allows the output of SVG. The options currently available on the web, or in Illustrator and other such tools are terrible. There is nothing that matches the charting abilities of things like Excel/Numbers and the visual flexibility of things like Illustrator yet, but this is a big step closer.
Newest release looks great. Looking forward to trying it out on an upcoming project (swapping out Google charts)
Wow! This is great!
Is there ruby gem?
