I was waiting for that one :). Great teardown, as always.
Love the app, it's such an original take on an overdone theme.
Totally agreed!
Wow, very well done and of course gratz to the Quartz team for making things so easy.
Agreed!
Great commentary as ever:

Hi all! I'm the person behind the teardown, in case you have any thoughts. I will be checking this all day!
I had the warm fuzzies the first time I saw the placebo bubbles but after the third or fourth time I just got annoyed knowing I was waiting for a bot to respond. What made you enjoy the warm fuzzies throughout the process?
I hear you. The slowness of the experience overall would definitely be something to consider for ongoing use, but from an onboarding standpoint I found it really compelling and attentive.
Hey Samuel, great work with your teardown!
I can't help myself but I feel that everything about new QZ app is overhyped. For example I have seen ton of apps using their interfaces to onboard users. Without overlays and so.
This teardown was super intense. Calm down.
@Ire, thank you very much for posting!
You're welcome :) I find your teardowns both entertaining and useful, thank you for creating them
