Best calendar/email apps for OSX/IOS?

Hello! Since the news of sunrise (calendar for OSX/IOS) losing support, I am looking for a new calendar app. And I am also wondering what the best email app is for OSX/IOS.

Currently I am using cloudmagic for IOS and Airmail for OSX, just wondering if there are better alternatives.

Spark for iOS is quite good, depending on your needs. As is the Outlook app (shocking, I know). Sadly I've yet to find something better than Airmail, which seems to get worse every day.

Fantastical for iOS and OSX is really great, especially for quick capturing of events. It has a hefty pricetag on OSX with the recent version though.

I'm really enjoying Postbox for email on Mac OS. It's as close as I've ever been able to get to Sparrow. It's actually a little better is some respects.

I still use default Mail/Calendar on iOS.

+1 for Spark for Mail for iOS (Mac on its way)

+1 Fantastical for OSX and iOS. Yes, it's expensive but it's the best out there.I've been using it for years and paid for every version/update and do not regret it. Great support of all the latest features too (i.e. best Today widget for iOS, great Watch app and perfect implementation on OSX).

For mail for OS X I use Postbox. Been a long time supporter of these guys also. They've just hit 4.0 relatively recently. I'd used their previously outdated 3.0 even when other competitors had come in (i.e. Airmail, Mailpilot to name a few). And no other client was as efficient as sorting emails for me… Its "quick move" feature is simple, but the best out there (matched only by Gmail's… except its in the web client…).
