I don't think blocking up the page with a subscribe form is helping whoever lands on this page. Maybe reconsider your page priorities so that they're more user-centric.
Totally agree, got about 2 seconds of viewing the site and before I could find out what it was all about and what was on offer - BAM! screen blacks out and subscribe message for something I haven't been given time to check out.
That has to stop for sure.
Thanks for the feedback Andrew and James. We definitely suffered from being in the weeds while developing it and not realizing how quickly and aggressively it pops up. We'll be updating it to be more user friendly. Appreciate the feedback.
I've experiencing this on a frightening amount of sites recently. I have to assume someone is having some success with it but wow, it's such a massive turn off every single time I've experienced.
Anyone know what the origins are of this horrible idea?
Not looking too hot in Safari:
The initial value prop was confusing.
Still not sure if this is an email on healthy food, or a subscription service for a physical products?
We'd love for some feedback too!

Looks great, but the newsletter form is way too intrusive on the experience. I realise it only comes up once for the user, but I'd rather it be presented in the page rather than overlaying the whole site.
Thanks for the feedback. That seems to be a common theme. Looking back on it we should have realized it was a bit too aggressive. We will be changing it to be more user friendly
