  Nah, the technology is at least 15 years old, part of Shanghai commuter rail is Maglev Train, same technology applied to trains and it has been running since 2002.

The guy in their video apparently needed 5-6 months of training just to not scrape the bottom. It needs refuelling every 15 minutes or so, only levitates on surface coated with magnets and Lexus has no intention of selling it. Marty McFly would be disappointed.
