It looks beautiful. But I didn't immediately understand what it was about or read any of the content. Even after going back a few times I still don't really know what it's about.
I agree with Ric F that you could make the major headings bigger and more immediately legible.
I also think the contrast on the type could go up a little more - it LOOKS better lighter grey (like you have it), but it's more difficult to read, which online usually translates to 'doesn't get read at all'.
I'm not sure how open you are to design critique, but I would suggest letting your headings breathe a little. I'd probably look at increasing their size too. Seems far too tight at the moment.
Here's a quick example: http://d.pr/i/YoIw
Get some better photos of yourselves. Ruins the whole page when you get to some shitty low res selfies at the bottom of the page.
Interesting. I would disable the highlight effect on the icons since you can't do anything with them (Mouse cursor or not, I still want to click to make them do something). That or make them do something :)
Things get a bit bonkers if you get to skinny http://d.pr/i/HnuX
Watch your choice of Lato - it's too thin on my screen and is getting a little weird. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7b2xdu1a4qoqisw/Screen%20Shot%202013-06-26%20at%201.55.20%20PM.png
