I know there has been quite a few Dribbble design change posts, but this is one I have dreamed of for so long.
Dribbble now spans the entire width of the screen, no more fixed width.

Yeah, they didn't get rid of their max-width, they just increased it. max-width:1500px

The fixed width didn't do any good for the site, it just felt a bit outdated.
But thats just my personal opinion..
Welcome update however, the centering of the filters creates a strange tension with navigation.
It's only the homepage though. When you search for something or go to your Likes page it's still a fixed width. Shame.
Looks super strange for me to see all the shots that small, ive been using Dribbble HD for a long time now, best way to browse the site;
Anybody else feel that they're testing new stuff the wrong way? They seem to be just throwing stuff at the site and seeing what feedback people give them about it. The font was a big one. They seemed to just add a new font without any consideration to see what we thought of it.
Yep this lack of respect I'd say. I don't like this widescreen either.
That's just dramatic.
Dribbble isn't a site that people depend on in order to get info about their healthcare or pay their energy bill or something. It's not disrespectful of them to see which changes people like by just trying them out live.
Their previews are still tiny (instal booom and you'll see how not ok they really are) and there's no support for retina screens or higher quality graphics in sight.
In some ways, it's still 2006.

It's a little overwhelming in my opinion. I'd like to be able to adjust the grid/thumbnail size. They feel small.
I always browse dribble @ 150%, works wonderfully :)

What are you talking about?
Dribbble has always had a fixed with, but now it adjusts to you screensize. Meaning you can see more shots in one page, because it fills the screen.
