      I think I understand, however the homepage is more of a collection of current articles by users, rather than an explanation of what this thing is. It seems to be a very close sibling of medium. It's very close in style.

      Maybe I'm missing the point, but I'm not sure why we need this? Is medium too cluttered? Do we need another "clean" place to write articles?

        OH! It's a public blogging platform. I thought it was just someone's new take on Wordpress or something.

        If Medium is too cluttered, what about all the blank posts on Buffalo already... :P

      it's a platform similar to medium. you can sign up and start blogging ... press sign up in the top right.

    My take on what separates it from Medium, is that there are more options to customize the post.

    I do agree, they probably could have benefitted from explaining the platform rather than just linking to current/trending posts.
