Stellar use of custom keyboards — this is a solution to a pretty ubiquitous problem. Looking forward to putting it through the paces.

It really is. I'm sort of surprised that it made it through App Review however. Keyboards as extensions of apps (vs being keyboards) is incredibly powerful. As long as they're still means of data output, I'm totally on board with this.

I think Apple recognizes the usefulness of a particular thing, and gives way especially when they know the application is created by a tastemaker of sorts.

What, did you think it was somehow a fair and predictable process? :)

Very cool, good thinking. Hope I never have so many meetings that I need this, though!

That's my thought too. I'd rather have something to cut my meetings down, not make it easier to have more.

Yeah, but in some jobs it's unavoidable. This would have been really, really useful to me at my old job at the evil corporate insanity factory.

Made me think about the whole "invisible apps" trend. Maybe a corollary to 'invisible apps' is apps whose interface is invisible until needed in some appropriate context?

Cool use of keyboard but you really need to have a big phone otherwise it'll be a disaster no ?

Found it a little hard to switch between the Sunrise custom keyboard and regular typing this morning after using Meet for a bit, but the concept and execution is very good.

Can't wait to use it more.

Thanks for your feedback Jeff! Hopefully Apple will also improve this.

Custom keyboards are sorely lacking a universal keyboard switch button. It should at least be forced to be in the same place for each keyboard... Not to mention the lag in switching keyboards. Fingers crossed for iOS 9!

        Good work, Sunrise!
