What's your favorite printing company for coffee mugs?

After wading through the Google results, I'm not feeling overly swayed by any one company. Any input on your experiences would be helpful in helping to narrow in on a decent company to work with.

    Espressoparts.com was recommended to me by a local coffee shop, and they worked out really well for my needs. On two occasions, I ordered 108 mugs with a one color design for $610—$80 of which was shipping cost.

    • Very high quality in terms of mug and print quality.
    • Cost was somewhat on the higher end of the options I explored (just under $5 per piece).
    • Their durability is exceptional. Our office has over 100 employees, so durability was my highest priority. After a year or two of heavy usage, they look almost as good as new.

    I've used Zazzle in the past, but not for large print runs -- just single mugs.

    I've had both their "White 325 ml (11 oz) Classic White Mug" and their "Black 325 ml (11 oz) Two-Tone Mug" mugs.

    They've been fine in the dishwasher, and haven't faded at all in the past 4 years.

    For single runs they're not that expensive, but I can't imagine that convenience/cost scales well if you want a bunch made.

    If you're looking for quality mugs that the customer will actually enjoy keeping in their cupboard, I'd go with the Westford Diner Mug: http://www.westfordchina.com/product/diner-mug.html

    Not Neutral also crafts some high quality mugs, but cost a bit more: http://www.notneutral.com

    Print quality is great on the Westford mugs, and seems to hold up well after many washes in the dishwasher. Haven't had experience with printing on the Not Neutral mugs, but it looks like they've held up decently well in Espresso Bars/Coffee Shops.

    Price: the Westward China mugs are very reasonable, and you can order in bulk (i.e. 72, 144, 288, etc.), so should fit within the quantity you're looking for. Here's a recent price quote from Westford that might help spell out pricing a bit more clearly: http://d.pr/i/1d54L

      Thanks Matt! I hadn't come across either of these in my googling. The price quote really helps too, as that is often the hardest thing to get out of these companies.

      I really like the Not Neutral mugs - we'll see if I can pitch those as an option!
