WIRED said it best: "Of course, none of this is genius."
But seriously though, this is pretty good! Stammy is my roommate and he's been staying late at the office or hiding in his room for the past many months, working on a "secret project". Nice to finally be able to see what he's been up to.
@Stammy: Looks pretty good but there's a bug where all of the videos I shoot are really boring and un-cool -- are you guys gonna fix this?
Fantastic read!
Thanks for making Framer! Now you know what I've been using it for and why I liked VideoLayers so much.
Great post, you stress the details hard.
Thank you Paul, you made my day for such inspiration post!
Great work! Love the process :-)
Does anyone know the library used for the scroll functionality here? Where the red color bar comes across the top?
No library, I wrote it. Here's the coffeescript: https://twitter.com/Stammy/status/562453220216152066
Awesome! Thanks
This is awesome Stammy! Thanks for documenting this in such a detailed way.
Awesome writeup.
How long was this entire process? (Sorry if I missed the mention of it.)
Thanks! Unfortunately we can't comment on product development cycle lengths.
Seems like since last summer, maybe late spring, since the post mentions working with Seattle office. http://paulstamatiou.com/photos/seattle/
