What a dang rip off of Slack.
I totally dig product pages with not a single Screenshot of the actual product.
Nah, they had it covered... see?
iOS screenshots on Google Play.
I enjoyed the site design and storytelling, but there was absolutely nothing in there that convinced me that this is in any way better than the competition.
What bugs me is that they haven't really conveyed a sense of trust to me. As a business I want to be 110% convinced that replacing my primary form of communication with your app is the safe, secure, and right choice... I don't get that from them. I hate to compare this to established products (because it isn't one and everyone had to start somewhere), but looking at what Slack and HipChat do marketing-wise, this seems off the mark.
Related to my last point, I think there are some quality control issues with the marketing efforts that need to be addressed. iOS screenshots for the Android app and no screenshots at all on the product site screams "amateur hour" to me.
I really like the site design, but I don't get why I would choose this new tool over something like Slack, which everyone uses and loves already. What new thing or idea is it bringing to the table?
