Right now on the internet, so far I know, there is no active website where you can post your design (generally in higher quality, dribbble-tier bracket) and receive a useful critique for your design.
Personally I think DN is a very good place to do so, we could add a separated forums section for sole purpose of design critiques.
Thoughts?

Please use the feature requests link in the footer for feature requests.
I asked for the same thing in the Feature Requests, so find my request and upvote it! (hint: do a page search for my name Caleb Sylvest)
I think the problem is that a lot of people can't post in progress work for critique publicly.
It's for people who can. There's plenty of WIP works on dribbble but nobody is criticizing over there.
It's a good idea, but you should check out Hunie first. Haven't been there in a while, but last I checked, it was close to what you're describing.
