Wondering how other agencies/teams share and archive their work internally? Mainly so any newly created assets can be shared easily and visually for those who may not have been on particular projects.

I work for a Service Design agency and I am currently improving assets as time goes on. I try and share updates to decks/icons/ui elements via our private Google+ page but this has it's issues.
