I code everything in Bank Gothic for that official, corporate feel.
My name... is Neo.
Hahaha I just spat tea all over my keyboard.
Feels too condensed for me. Sticking with Monaco. In the wider version, empty spaces are way too narrow. My indentation is nil.
agreed. to me, the perceived height increase just doesn't flow as well across lines as source code pro or inconsolata, my personal favorites.
It's interesting but also extremely tall compared to Source Code Pro. Source Code Pro fits 50 lines of code on my screen whereas M+ only fits 40.
Some adjusted line-height in Sublime makes it a lot better. Try this:
"font_face": "m+ 1m", "font_size": 14, "line_padding_bottom": 0, "line_padding_top": -2,
That makes is much nicer. That was the first thing I noticed as well.
I went as far as
"line_padding_top": -5,
Personally, I have great affection for Menlo
Love me some Menlo.
Inconsolata + Twilight + Spacegray
EspressoMono-Regular anyone?
I like Source Code Pro
DejaVu Mono has been my friend for a while now: http://dejavu-fonts.org/wiki/Main_Page
I like Inconsolata, Menlo, Source Sans Pro, Proggy and a couple others… but I’ve comfortably settled on Fira Sans Mono for the past couple months.
What theme are you using here J.L.?
Hey Andy,
It’s something I customized using TmTheme Editor. You can snag it here if you like: http://ge.tt/8KTkJLo1/v/0?c
Cheers!
Just made the switch because of this article. In love so far.
Proud user since, since, I cannot remember. Well, a lot.
