looks a lot like http://ambercreative.co/experiments/apple-store/
Yes! Exactly.
My thoughts as well. A bit too inspired.
The logo is pixelated. And despite I don't like Microsoft at all, their actual homepage is nearly perfect.
This. Their current site is on point.
I would seriously consider the font-sizes you use.
If you use one font-size that's 100px, and one that's 10px, for instance, that's a HUGE difference and chances are that they'll cause the user to lean forwards and backwards a couple of times to read things easily.
And anything under 14px on a 100% width site should really die a slow, drawn out, excruciatingly painful death.
(good work, btw)
Interesting. Personally, I prefer the current one, designed by Paravel. They put a lot of effort and thought into the current design decisions.
For an even more detailed backstory, check out Nishant Kothary’s (aka @rainypixels) article.
Ouch. the close X button appears on the left hand side (like in macs/linux distros) and not on the right hand side like on a windows OS?
When you click on the shop you can't close the tab just clicking out of the box and you need to find and click on the x in the top left. Microsoft never closed stuff from top left, it's an Apple thing
Why the "Hi, I'm Cortana" text is a picture?
