Ask DN: Sketch 3: On (temporarily) zooming to actual size

8 years ago from , COO at Phaistos Networks

As noted https://medium.com/amazing-article/19ceea5e440e, pressing ± when zoomed in or out will temporarily zoom to actual size (as long as you keep the key pressed).

Thing is, not many people can “reproduce" this feature.

Just out of curiosity, can you?:)

ps: Here's a video to showcase the feature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdMjJqYtVAk

This seems to work on the european/international keyboards. I if I set my keyboard to german and hold the shift key combo to make this character it does work. interrupted by intense hail outside!

Okay, yeah seems like an issue that the keyboard shortcut is inaccessible for en_US keyboards

Great article, but that was the one tip I couldn't reproduce.

What key is "§"? Does it have another name or a different symbol? The key above tab on my computer is ` and ~

Apparently this doesn't work on (current) version in the App store.

It is on the Internal beta and it does in current beta - found here.
