I respect all his points but I really can't get on board with the fact his work section links out to Dribbble, I'm seeing that a lot lately and it it just feels so lazy.

This is the best advice I've seen on personal websites. Alex explains a philosophy I've been refining in myself for a long time in a way I'd be unable to. Sorry if it really has been posted before, but I couldn't find it by searching and I love the piece.
