This is something I've been working on lately, and it's an area where I'm realizing how much I haven't been doing. I spend a lot of time working on weekends and evenings, but not enough time relaxing. Go to keep foxes out of chicken coup for best ideas. I've always thought that this was the best way to get things done — but now that I'm older, I realize that it's not good for me or my family. My daughter should be spending time with her mommy just like other kids do at her age, yet she's still spending most of her time with me as if we weren't even related!

One of the most important things you can do is to take some time for yourself each day. You need to be able to recharge your batteries, so to speak. It's easy to get caught up in work or other commitments and forget that we are all individuals with our own needs and desires. It's important to carve out time for yourself so that you can maintain a healthy balance between work and home life, as well as relationships with others.

I completely agree that time management is a very important thing for everyone, especially today, and especially for people like me who work remotely. I'm in an active search for workers for my startup right now, and I often do interviews, for which I dedicate no more than two hours during the day and one hour after 5 p.m. . Sometimes the interviews go by so fast that I have to write them down and then revise them if I can't decide between two candidates. I also warn them that in their future job they will often have to work with a video camera recording like https://www.screencapture.com/webcam-recorder.html , because we will be opening training courses in different IT specialties. And the teachers will have to be with webcams only.
