I keep seeing these interviews and events starring Johannes everywhere so it's working to some degree. Though I find something very strange about knowing who a designer is without knowing a single thing they designed (*cough Mike Monteiro).

I don't really care about what a designer thinks about user experience, or product design, or jobs-to-be-done, etc. At least — I don't want to listen to it without knowing the kind of stuff you're working on with those concepts.

The hardest part about designing is all the other people in the way, after all.
