    For instance, highly realistic device mockups presented in ¾ angle help to build trust in a product since dimension in tandem with perspective add an extra level of legitimacy to the showcase.

    Interesting perspective. The first think I think when i see angled mockups is, wow look at that fake mockup.

    TBH I can't stand seeing a product mock-up in an iphone render when a product is supposed to be cross-platform. It immediately tells me “we only focused on iphone and everything else is an afterthought”

    After spending 2 hours sifting through free mockups that didn't fit this way or another I decided that my time is more valuable and spent $14 to buy the best iPhone X mockups (Clay + Metal, 7 angles, ultra high res) on the market. Users love it. Case closed.
