Putting percentages next to design tools.
And even worse is just a bar with no key and none of them are the same type of thing....

■■■■■■■□□□□□ Prototyping
■■■■□□□□□□□□ HTML CSS
■■■■■■■■■□□□ Some Random tool
■■■■■■■■□□□□ UX/UI
So, we can collectively agree that putting the bars/percentages in front of the tools is a complete NO-NO.
