Not going to lie, I'm a little let down. I was fully expecting to see UX examples shaped out of clay lol. This is nice too

Lots of work delivering all this! And lots of work writing this article. From me, you guys earn the top mark even though I hate personas.

I wish this included how each deliverable was validated with users or stakeholders. It's not like you just create an information architecture and run with it.

Also I feel like this is missing some strategy or overall principles of experience-deliverable? It's very down in the details of interactions.

And of course the never ending "whats the deal with personas" debate. The ones in this example works OK as an explanation of the jobs the app should solve, but not much else. I'm way more fan of looking at it over time through a situational perspective.

It's something we'll cover in our next article. This one is to highlight the deliverables that are more or less standardized... Our strategy & concept results are never the same and that applies to how we deliver it too.

Validation with users and stakeholders is a continuous process and all deliverables go through several iterations based on the different feedback we receive.
