I'd like to polish up on my UX knowledge. Some recommendations would be really appreciated.

Some years ago I've tried Design Lab. The good part is that you have a 1:1 mentor once a week to ask some question and help you through exercises. They have several courses such as UX research; Branding; UI design...
There's also the interaction design foundation, I don't have any experience on this platform but heard good things about it.
Here's a list I made for myself a few months ago. Some courses are free, some are not – and they all probably have a different focus. Can't comment on them, haven't tried them. Also; there are a few Master degrees in HCI or UX from several universities available online. You might want to look into those as well.

General Assembly has some good remote courses. I've noticed GA is pretty popular with top-tier talent.
I've been looking into moving into UX from a front-end developer background. I just started this "learning path" on lynda.com. It's a collection of their UX courses on getting started in the field but they also have other UX courses like "UX Insights Weekly" and "Practical UX Weekly".
