We are seeking a full-time Sr. Product Designer with 3+ years’ experience designing large-scale consumer-facing apps and experiences. You'll be joining a high visibility product team focused on producing a best-in-class customer experience in the hospitality and automotive industries.

As a Sr. Product Designer (UX), you'll be responsible for driving innovative and groundbreaking user experiences across multiple platforms, products, and services. This role requires a candidate with a proven history of A/B testing, qualitative analysis, usability testing, user research, user flow creation, and wireframing. You are a great communicator and problem solve with a passion for sharing your work and mentoring those around you. You will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions.

Your practical experience, high level of skill, and insight into intuitive and user-friendly user experience are demonstrated via web experiences and applications that raise the bar for ease of use. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.

Skills:

  • 3+ years (post-education) as a Product Designer with a heavy focus on UX
  • Expert designing and prototyping in Figma
  • Experience creating A/B tests 
  • Experience with analytics and data-based design approaches
  • An available online portfolio featuring UX design work
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
  • A Designer’s Eye – Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes. This is a strongly creative position.
  • The ability to make things happen with limited direction. Excellent proactive attitude, take-charge personality, and “can-do” demeanor.

Tasks:

  • Create innovative user interfaces, paying close attention to information architecture and interaction design
  • Create interactive prototypes that illustrate your UI design to a fidelity that can be validated with users
  • Collaborate with the Product and Business teams to define research goals, collect insights, and translate them into the product, working closely with the engineering team in order to do so
  • Stay curious about the latest design tools, processes, and trends
