- Nope, upvotes are upvotes and comments are comments :)
- Nope, the API doesn't provide enough information, so I had to collect it with scraper.
- It's not updated automatically but it's totally possible with more time and effort.

1: Sorry, I worded this completely wrong. I meant to ask if upvotes on comments counted toward upvotes, as opposed to the upvotes statistic only counting upvotes on top-level threads.
2: Posting in the Feature Request thread asking for the things you need added would be a good idea. We all want the API to be able to provide the information we all need--you've provided an excellent case for more data on the API (endpoints?).
3: Cool. What language did you write it in?

It's static html with content generated from import, then?
- So the upvotes statistics represent posts upvotes only and doesn't include upvotes on comments.
- Guys from DN definitely saw this website and I believe they will consider to add this data to the API, unless they didn't add it for a reason in the first place.

Just curious... how often will this be updated? Weekly? Monthly?
The DN API doesn't provide this data so I gather it semi-automatically and it's a lot of work. But I get really good feedback about it, so I think I'll update it once in a couple of month (I believe I'll post it here if there'll be an update).

I feel like this should probably be a clear sign to those working on DN that a good API is in order!
