    By way of follow up here: All of the payments have been refunded and we will get the job live for free because of the error.

    Apologies from our side here, we did not see an email come through related to this on the support channel. We should have caught this earlier though - that's on us.

    I've followed up via email here also.

      Shocking that it took this post for you to get this resolved. It's such a shame to watch DN just go downhill for the past 1-2 years or so.
