    Knowing the design principles before going in an interview is great... And love that you guys focus on people's outcomes. A bit like Jared Spool's framework!

      Exactly! We think it's important for designers to understand not just the mechanics of how they do the work, but why they're doing it: what's the goal or outcome they're trying to reach? Did the solve the original problem? How do they know?
