    This was a very insightful read!

    Question: After removing the take home did you notice any major adjustments or challenges with new hires? I started my managing career without a take home and it wasn’t faring well!

      Great question, @Andrew C! In our case, I think the exercise didn't result in any new insights that we weren't already getting from our other conversations with them. So we dropped it.
