Roadrunner Medium Rolltop. Has lasted 4 years of 15-30k miles a year commuting every day in rain or shine, with occasional trips as a carryon. Carries normal work supplies, but I've also carried frozen turkeys, booze, and an odd loaf of bread on the way home. Applied some fresh waterproof earlier this year, but the thing is pretty indestructible.
Also, this is the best roll top buckle system I've used. Clasps are finicky, zippers unzip, and most tension based system let go, but this doesn't.
