As others have said, Chrome for it's Dev Tools. I usually have Safari open at the same time for testing, because a lot of our clients use it. I also generally have one or two windows VM's running with different versions of IE.
I've been playing with FireFox Quantum a bit lately, and it's great. The only thing stopping me from a full migration is the task of migrating plugins, stored passwords and such, and all my bookmarks etc. Seems trivial when I write it out like that, but with my workload during the day I just honestly can't be bothered.
