    That's pretty much every company regardless of industry, and glassdoor always backs this up.

    And whenever a company has teams it's going to vary wildly from experience to experience who leaves when.

    Like there's no ad or media agency who doesn't have poor work life balance in their glassdoor negatives from previous employees.

    It's not necessarily companies investing more in you and expecting more. It's the system in general.

    In fact the entire UX Idea of continually being a do it all man/woman (coding, aesthetic design, researching and implementing User Experiences in design in one) promotes the idea of employers spreading each employee pretty damn thin and not paying you equally for each part cut out of the equation by a long shot.
