    Correct me if I'm wrong (I've not read much in to this just yet) but it sounds like Atomic Design, just with a slightly different naming convention?

      Well pretty much but what were you expecting? This is just another internal framework, I guess kinda like Lightning Design System

        Very much so. What I like about the IBM system is its clear focus on accessibility. Will be interesting to see what their output is when integrating this way of making in to their projects.
