    To be completely transparent, its more like the top 3% of designers who apply... I think the value prop is a bit misleading.

      Not sure if it's changed since your comment - but their tagline is now "Hire the top 3% of freelance designers"

        My point is that the communication implies that ALL the best freelancers are available on this site. This is however, not the case because the top 3% of the best freelancers in the world don't need this service and are not represented in their portfolio of designers. So already you are starting with a group of people who are not in the top 3% (what does that mean anyways?). They can only vet the designers who go through the application process. Who knows how that group stacks against the rest of the world! IMHO its probably not the top 3%.
