    Handing off an XD prototype to a developer.

    One of the things I love about Sketch and the ecosystem (Zeplin, etc.) around it, is the seamless handoff of Sketch prototypes to developers.

    And, most developers (once they get on board) love it as well.

    If a developer has Sketch (most of mine do) - it's easy for them to fire up the original Sketch file and inspect element attributes of a prototype for development.

    I haven't seen much here about what designer, developer collaboration and hand-off will be like in XD.

    What does XD prototype hand off to developers look like for various types of prototypes - native mobile, web, etc?

    Will Adobe try and own this whole ecosystem (XD + Invision type product + Zeplin type product) or partner with existing players?

      Hi Jon,

      we will have an extensibility APIs in the future for anyone to build a plugin. Our file format is also easy to parse and introspect for other tools to integrate with.

      It's definitely our intention to enable these workflows for designers. Some of the things in the tool (like measurements) others with partners...
