    It really depends on the company and level of skill of the applicant. I'd say slightly less than product designers, but not dramatically so. There was a post a while back here with a compilation of salaries from all over, including the bay area, for designers. It shed some light on the marketing designer position too, if I recall.

      Yea, I remember that post. I'll double check it. I eventually want to move out west, because this Chicago winters are killing me.
