    I second this, I've had success using Zurb's Joyride before, although to me it almost always feels like cheating... Like is my UI so bad/complex that it warrants the use of a tour?

      Probably not all users need or want a walkthrough but I see it more as a marketing technique to reduce churn. I feel sometimes once a user signs up they don't really know what is the next step to achieve what they want or they so they leave and might never return and therefore you can have a higher churn than if you help them get there. I think it deserves the same effort as the rest of the UI.
