    Funny how they frame this around Apple but it's basically applicable to all manufacturing in China and the rest of the countries that make our shit for dirt cheap.

      How about this headline : "Apple ( and probably other companies too ) failing to protect Chinese factory workers'" Is that better ? On the other hand funny how this comes from a company using Gandhi or Martin Luther King in their ads

        "American and European companies failing to protect Chinese factory workers"?

      This is standard practice for this sort of reporting. Putting Apple in the headline guarantees X amount more clicks.
