We produce home history reports, which contain a lot of information. The problem we are having is representing the important info in an understandable way. It is intended for consumers, so needs to be understandable without having specific industry knowledge.

Any tips on other websites out there that do a good job presenting complex informational reports in an easy-to-understand way?

I actually really like the way your reports are set out. All of the graphs and graphics make the data quite simple to understand evan at a glance. In the case of information heavy design, I've always found government websites to be quite a good reference since they have well established style guides and requirements for ease of use, try the water control body of your local area or even some foreign ones. The Australian (My) government produces some quite good designs for lots of data making it easy to consume.

On another note, I love the use of Google street view as a panel background, but since its obstructed, it might help to disable interactions with it.
